Characteristics
Advantages of KeContact b-series
KeContact P30 b-series is universal and suitable for both Type 1 and Type 2 EVs. Recommended for public and semi-public places like restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, banks, fuel stations and other. However, it is not equipped with an advanced communication interface and thus can not provide intelligently controlled charging as x-series.
Pre-fast charging
KeContact b-series can charge the electric vehicles from 20 to 150 km per hour (up to 22 kW), depending on the car's onboard charger. Mostly, it takes 3-4 hours to charge the cars like Tesla, BMW i3, Huyndai Ioniq, or only 1 hour to charge Renault Zoe.
Safety and protection
KEBA chargers are certified by Nissan (EV Ready) and Renault (ZE Ready). They are equipped with an integrated DC fault current sensor that protects from shocks and improves the safety of the electric grid. KEBA housing cover is made of reliable waterproof plastic that protects it from moisture, dust, and all weather conditions.
Compatibility
KeContact P30 b-series is suitable for both Type 1 and Type 2 car sockets with the corresponding charging cables. It is recommended for public places (restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, banks, fuel stations, etc.).
What's RFID?
KeContact P30 chargers can be additionally equipped with an RFID function, which provides user identification using access cards. This feature can be used by companies with their own fleet, in parking lots, or in other cases where there is a need to restrict an access to the charging station.
Key- switch
The key switch provides the users' authorization, restricting access to the charging station. Thus, only the key holders can turn the power supply of the charging station on and off.
